At PEPTIDE PHARMA, we prioritise the secure, discreet, and timely delivery of your research supplies. Whether you are ordering peptide pens, reconstitution water, or research compounds, we use premium courier services to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
2. Dispatch Times
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- Cold Chain Restriction: If your order contains temperature-sensitive research peptides, we may hold dispatch until Monday if ordered on a Friday. This prevents your items from sitting in a courier depot over the weekend.
3. UK Delivery Options & Costs
We ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and Islands (though delivery times may vary for remote locations).

Please note: “Next Day” delivery aims for the next working day. Delays due to weather, strikes, or operational issues with Royal Mail/DPD are out of our control.
4. Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy for our customers.
- Exterior: All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded padded envelopes or brown cardboard boxes.
- Label: The shipping label will display our legal entity name “Fulfillment Centre”. It will not mention “Peptides,” “Pens,” “Needles,” or medical supplies.
- Bank Statement: Your bank statement will show a charge from “[Generic Descriptor]”.
5. Cold Chain Shipping
While peptide pens (hardware) are robust, the peptide cartridges themselves may be heat-sensitive.
- Insulation: We use thermal bubble mailers for all orders containing lyophilized or reconstituted peptides.
- Ice Packs: During warmer months (or upon request), we include gel ice packs.
- Arrival Condition: Please be aware that ice packs will thaw during transit. This is normal. Peptides are generally stable at room temperature for several days during shipping. If the ice pack is warm upon arrival, the product is still safe for research use. Please store in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt.
6. International Shipping (EU & Rest of World)
We ship internationally, but customers must be aware of the following:
- Customs & Duty: Since Brexit, orders shipped to the EU may be subject to VAT and Import Duties upon arrival. PEPTIDE PHARMA is not responsible for these fees; they must be paid by the recipient.
- Restricted Items: It is the customer’s responsibility to check local laws regarding the importation of peptide pens and research chemicals.
- Seizures: If a package is seized by customs in the destination country, we do not offer refunds. We will only issue a refund if the package is returned to us in a saleable condition (minus shipping costs).
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
- Royal Mail Delays: Please allow up to 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (International) before contacting us about a missing parcel, as Royal Mail will not consider an item “lost” until this time has passed.
- Investigation: If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will reship your order free of charge or offer a full refund.
8. Damaged Items
If your peptide pen or glass vials arrive damaged:
- Do not use the product.
- Take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement immediately.
9. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your postcode and house number. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee of £30 will apply.
